BingoPlus Foundation remains dedicated to empowering young leaders via the P.L.U.S. (Pioneering Leadership and Uplifting Service) Factor, which encourages ongoing engagement with its scholars in the FutureSmart Program. 



Building on the success of 2024 sessions centered on Growth Mindset and The Power of Habits, DigiPlus Interactive's social development division – which includes popular brands like BingoPlus and ArenaPlus – held a new event on February 22, emphasizing Personal Branding. Attendees learned strategies to boost confidence, improve credibility, and differentiate themselves in a competitive environment.

FutureSmart Scholars of DigiPlus and BingoPlus Foundation discover how to build their
personal brand during the P.L.U.S. Factor Program, aimed at nurturing “Pioneering
Leadership and Uplifting Service”.

The hybrid event caters to the Foundation’s 60 FutureSmart scholars nationwide. To inspire attendees, Carlos Yulo, the Philippines’ sole two-time Olympic gold medalist, made a virtual appearance, offering motivational insights on maintaining focus on personal goals. 



“I hope your workshop with BingoPlus Foundation will serve as one of your tools in achieving the best version of yourselves. While branding and personal image are important, always remember that staying true and maintaining your authentic self are the real keys to success,” Yulo said. “Don’t ever lose who you are and always look back to your old self to appreciate your wins today while striving harder to get to where you want to be in the future,” he added.


To bring personal branding to life, in-person scholars displayed their OOTD (Outfit of the Day), reflecting their distinct styles and personalities. Steffi Fetalvero, honored for the best OOTD, received ArenaPlus merchandise signed by Yulo.

Building a Strong Personal Brand for Future Success 

As students prepare to enter their careers, personal branding becomes essential for influencing opportunities and professional advancement. Participants engaged in discussions and practical activities to learn how to create compelling narratives and present themselves confidently as genuine leaders, ensuring they make strong first impressions and leave a lasting impact in digital and professional environments.

The P.L.U.S. Factor Program follows the Foundation's scholars in different stages of college life, equipping them with foundational mindsets, communication skills, productivity tools, and leadership competencies before they enter the workforce.

The program will be extended to at least ten (10) new FutureSmart scholars for the upcoming academic year. Applications are currently being accepted through BingoPlus Foundation’s partners, SM Foundation and STI Foundation, with successful students enrolled in any of STI’s network of colleges nationwide.
